HOW TO ORDER
It is very easy! Simply choose the paper size and write the child’s name on the personalization box. You also have the option to add the date of birth below.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
For 30 x 40 prints we use a beautiful watercolor paper -250 g Tintoretto Gesso by Fedrigoni-.

50 x 70 prints are printed on quality matte 180 g photographic paper.

All prints are hand-signed by the author herself.

The frame is not included.

MEASUREMENTS
Two sizes compatible with most Ikea frames:

• 30 x 40 cm
• 50 x 70 cm

SHIPMENT
Your order will be shipped as soon as it is completed by a courier or postal company. Please note that all my products are customized, so I will need approximately eight days before shipping.

*Shippings over 60 € are free only in peninsular Spain and Portugal.

PACKAGING
30 x 40 prints are shipped protected in tissue paper, inside a sturdy cardboard envelope.

50 x 70 prints will be carefully rolled in tissue paper inside a hard cardboard tube with lids.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, contact me as soon as possible by email and if your order has not been processed I will refund the amount.

In case the print arrives damaged, please contact me immediately by email. In all other cases, returns will not be accepted due to the personalized nature of these items.
