HOW TO ORDER
It’s very easy! Simply write the child’s name in the personalization box and choose the desired colour. You also have the option to add the child’s date of birth below.
Now you can choose the frame.
Finally, decide if you want us to wrap it up nicely as a gift.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Original watercolour illustration, entirely hand-painted with professional Schmincke watercolours on 370 g Canson Basik paper. The passepartout, in neutral white, is also hand-painted with the child’s name and optionally his date of birth.

• The actual tones in the illustration may differ slightly from those shown on the screen.
• The illustration is hand-signed by the author herself.

White or birch wood frame (Ikea Ribba or Hovsta models).
Total measurements:
25 x 25 cm / 9.8 X 9.8” approx.
The illustration measures about:
12 x 12 cm / 4.7 x 4.7” approx.

Black or silver aluminium frame (Ikea Lomviken model).

SHIPMENT
Your order will be shipped as soon as it is completed by a courier or postal company. Please note that all my products are customized, so I will need approximately eight days before shipping.
*Shippings over 60 € are free only in peninsular Spain and Portugal.
PACKAGING
The watercolours are shipped framed, carefully wrapped in tissue paper, inside a sturdy cardboard box. The front protection of the frame is not made of glass but of transparent polystyrene, which makes it lighter and safer.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Given the totally handcrafted nature of the product, no cancellations are allowed once the order has been placed.
In case the watercolour arrives damaged, please contact me immediately by email. In all other cases, returns will not be accepted due to the personalized nature of these items.
