1. What is a cookie?

4. User Settings to Avoid Cookies
This way, you can block Cookies through the browser settings tools, or you can set your browser to alert you when a server wants to save a Cookie:

- Firefox: Tools → Options → Privacy → Use custom settings for history;
- Chrome: Settings → Show advanced settings → Privacy → Content Settings;
- Safari: Preferences → Security.
In case the user decides to disable all Cookies, the quality and speed of the service could decrease.
